Adam, late 5th Royal Irish Lancers, was communicated to him in accordance with the King's Regulations, Appendix XXIII, paragraphs 2 (a) and (b) and paragraphs 3 and 4; and, if this has not been done, will the army Council carry out these regulations forthwith?
