I would refer to the reply given to the hon. Baronet the Member for Farnham (Sir A. M. Samuel) on the 13th November last. I can assure my hon. Friend that the matter is receiving the closest consideration on the part of His Majesty's Government, but I am not in a position to make any further statement at present.
