asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the large amount of shipbuilding, engineering, and allied contracts carried out in Scotland for Soviet Russia and the number of men so employed, he is prepared to take action to negotiate a new agreement, in view of the number of men displaced by the cancellation of the agreement and the suspension of trade between Great Britain and Russia?
