I did not make any suggestion that this Government should enter into a similar transaction. The point that I endeavoured to emphasise was that, according to the newspaper report, the South Wales coalowners were not anxious to enter into such a transaction with Brazil, because of previous difficulties with that country, and I wanted to know what the Government are doing in connection with that matter.
