(for Mr. JENNINGS) asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will consider issuing a simple explanatory circular on the Wheat Bill so that small tillage farmers will be better able to understand it?

I recognise the value to farmers of an explanatory circular or leaflet dealing with the provisions of the Wheat Bill, and I have no doubt that the Wheat Commission, when appointed, would be prepared to consider the question of the preparation and issue of such a leaflet.
