The importation of boneless meat which affords insufficient means of identification with definite parts of a carcase is prohibited under the Imported Food Regulations of 1925. My right hon. Friend is now considering the amendment of these Regulations so as to require a recognised official certificate of the country of origin with all imports of fresh meat less than the whole carcase.
