asked the Prime Minister whether he intends to set up a permanent non-political commission to examine the question of tariffs?
I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave on Monday last in reply to questions by my hon. and gallant Friends the Members for Wycombe and the Isle of Wight.
Is the right hon. Gentleman not aware that that referred to another Commission, to draw up a scientific tariff? This is to examine the question of tariffs.
