Some of the commodities included in the Schedule to which the hon. Member refers may contain material already subject to other duties, but it is impossible to compile a list of articles of this kind, or to make any statement as to total duties which, in any particular case, must depend on the extent to which material subject to the older duties enters into the composition of the article.
