asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has now received a reply from the Soviet Ambassador with reference to the telegram which he sent to the Soviet Government regarding the failure of the Soviet representatives on the Anglo-Soviet Debt Committee to submit any proposals to the joint committee?
There has been no further development since I replied to the hon. Member the day before yesterday.
Will the Foreign Secretary bear in mind that this matter has been under consideration for nearly two years, and will he see that no further delay takes place?
Has the Foreign Secretary received any communication from the chairman of this Sub-Committee B?
