asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department when, if the export credits were withdrawn from Russia at this moment, the liabilities of the country would fall below £100,000 or some approximate amount?

I regret that it is impossible to give this information, as the guarantees given by the Export Credits Guarantee Department become operative only when the goods are exported.
