On a point of Order. I wish to make a suggestion which may be for the convenience of the Committee. It is that we should follow the precedent which was set in the discussion on the Financial Resolution, and discuss both of the Amendments on the Paper, on the first Amendment, afterwards taking two Divisions, if it should be found necessary to do so.

I think that the suggestion of the right hon. Gentleman is one which would suit the convenience of the Committee. I understand that the first Amendment on the Paper will be moved and that a discussion will then take place covering both Amendments, with the understanding that the Amendments can then be divided upon separately.
