asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he is prepared to recommend to the House that Members who are forced to hire taximeter cabs to get home because they are detained by Sittings of the House after ordinary means of transport have ceased to run should be accorded the same facilities for obtaining refund as departmental civil servants required to be in attendance in the official gallery?
