asked the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department whether he has had official notification of the recent change in the anti-dumping regulations of the Dominion of Canada; and what steps he has taken to make the change known to British exporters?

A telegram conveying this information was sent by His Majesty's Trade Commissioner to my Department on 15th October. The particulars were published in the Board of Trade Journal on 17th October.

Has the hon. Gentleman made any representations to the Canadian Government of the importance to the British exporters of the abolition of the old 5 per cent. difference between the market value price in this country and the import price in Canada?

Perhaps my hon. Friend will give me notice of that question.
