asked the Home Secretary whether he has received an application for a certificate of naturalisation from Mr. Thomas A. White, of Birmingham, a naturalised American citizen and formerly an Englishman; and, if so, whether the application was granted?

A certificate of naturalisation was granted on the 31st January, 1927, to a Mr. Thomas Albert White, who seems to be the person to whom this question refers.
