Documents filed by the company show that general meetings were held on the 21st March, 1928, and 5th April, 1928. The company has not yet filed its annual return for the year 1928, and the Registrar is in communication with the company on the matter.

Can the hon. Gentleman say whether the company has filed its return for 1927?
