Yes, Sir; machinery has been established for enabling the military authorities to keep in close touch with the General Post Office on this question. But adequate Army arrangements are already in force for training the wireless operators and telegraphists required for the establishments of the Royal Corps of Signals, and the problem of the future requirements of the Corps is kept under constant review.
