asked the Prime Minister if his attention has been drawn to the grievances of pre-War pensioners; and if he will introduce legislation to amend the Pensions (Increase) Act, 1920, with a view to their removal?

May I ask whether it is not the fact that a majority of the supporters of the Government are pledged to introduce legislation on this subject, and does the hon. Gentleman not think that the Government should honour this pledge?
