asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been drawn to the case of Heinrich Such, musical director, at the West End Cinema, Birmingham; whether he is aware that, despite the number of English musicians out of employment, this gentleman from Hamburg received permission in May last to remain in England for a further six months; and whether he will exclude aliens seeking employment in this country during the depression in industry and the large volume of unemployment?
