Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that there are fewer houses fit for human habitation in this locality now than there were in 1914, and is he aware that this is due to the agreement I have referred to, and will he not suggest to the local authority that they have a duty to perform to the men who work at the local colliery by providing houses?
