I have not yet received the result of the inquiry referred to in my reply of the 16th July to the question asked by the hon. Member for West Middlesbrough (Mr. T. Thomson) on the subject of claims to benefit in the Middlesbrough area. As soon as this inquiry is completed I will let the hon. Members know the result, and, if it proves to be necessary, I will, of course, communicate with the local committee concerned.
