The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. I understand from my right hon. Friend the First Commissioner of Works that the greater part of the Tower of London is open on Saturdays free of charge, and that parties of school children, accompanied by a responsible teacher, are admitted free on Fridays to the whole of the Tower without previous application being necessary.
