Oral Answers to Questions — Housing. – in the House of Commons at on 21 January 1924.
I regret that the information desired by the hon. Member is not available.
Are there no records kept, and is there no means of obtaining this classification?
No records are set up for each separate Department, but if the hon. Member presses for the figures, I am quite willing to consult the Lord Chancellor and see whether he would apply to the County Court Judges to get the information, which I have no doubt could be obtained.
I am very anxious to get it.
Have any representations been received from boards of guardians with regard to people who have been made homeless by the Act?
That, again, is a question that I should not like to answer without notice. One gets so many letters every year.
