asked the Minister of Health whether, with regard to the recent issue of National Health Insurance certificates bearing trade advertisements on the back thereof, he will give instructions for the withdrawal of any remaining stocks which the insurance committees may have left on their hands?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN:

I am afraid that I cannot undertake to withdraw certifi- cate books already issued, but I understand that the supply will soon be exhausted.

Does that mean that the Minister gives a pledge that this advertisement will not appear in any new books?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN:

I have already stated, in answer to a question, that new forms are now being printed which will not contain the advertisement.
