The Government Actuary has given no advice on the matter referred to by my hon. Friend subsequent to that contained in his Report on the Financial Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act, 1922 (Cmd. 1631), a copy of which I am sending to my hon. Friend. The answer to the latter part of the question is in the negative.
