I beg to move, in Subsection (1, i), after the word "Commissioners," to insert the words who before giving their consent to a supply to any consumer shall have regard to the interests of any undertakers (other than electrical undertakers) who may be affected thereby. This is moved by me in pursuance of a promise, which I made in Committee, to consider some form of protection for gas companies.
