asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether, in view of the grave dissatisfaction of the late employes of the Cornwall House luncheon club and the Cornwall House staff, the Treasury will consider the setting up of an independent Committee to investigate the working of the club in order to put it on a sound financial basis?

I understand that the question of the future arrangements to be made as regards the Cornwall House Luncheon Club is at present under consideration by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade, who, in arriving at a decision on the matter, will no doubt-have regard to the views of the staff there employed.
