asked the Secretary of State for War whether the military formation of the so-called security police in Germany is still in existence?

The security police (Sicherheitspolizei) were transformed into the Schutzpolizei in the Autumn of 1920, in accordance with the demands of the Inter-Allied Military Commission of Control in Germany. The Commission is at present engaged in examining the organisation of the latter police force.
