asked the Minister of Health whether, in view of a possible recurrence of another extended dry period this spring and summer, his Department is, in the interests of public health, taking any steps to watch the water supply of the country; whether the depleted springs of last year have been refilled; whether he is aware that there is already water shortage in parts of the country; and whether public authorities have been in any way warned as to the need for care and prudence?
