(by Private Notice) asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether a Note has been sent by the United States Government reaffirming the demand of that Government for payment of the cost of the American Army of Occupation from moneys received from Germany; whether a reply has been sent; and whether the Note and the reply will be laid on the Table?

The answer to the first part is in the affirmative; to the second in the negative; to the third that the suggestion will be considered.
