Mr. YOUNG:

Fifteen non-service men and one woman are employed in a temporary capacity in the Royal Commission on Sugar Supplies. The present staff will be considerably reduced as from the 25th instant, and thereafter only a few officers with special qualifications and experience will be retained in order to complete the liquidation of the Commission's accounts.
