Franklin Bouillon that a suitable solution of the Anglo-French detente over Turkey could be arrived at by the cession of Cyprus to Greece; and whether His Majesty's Government have considered that the restoration of Tunis to Turkey would also facilitate the desirable restoration of universal amity?
