14.

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if the distribution of prize money in April next will follow precedent and be given in the first place to active ratings and given on application or automatically?

The exact order in which the final distribution of prize money will be effected has not yet been fixed, but it is hoped to begin the distribution to those no longer in the Service concurrently with the issue to the Fleet. Notice will be given in the Press in due course as to the arrangements generally, and the order in which applications from those demobilised can be received.
