The 'rates of allowance specified in Article 6 of the Warrant are an integral hart of that Warrant, and cannot and will not be reduced except in accordance with the terms of the Royal Warrant itself, which provide, as the House well knows, that these allowances cannot come under review till 1923. I am glad to be able to assure my hon. and gallant Friend that I have already made arrangements to consult at an early date the Advisory Committee constituted under the War Pensions Act, 1921, on which there are several representatives of ex-service officers and men, in regard to my proposals for the better administration of medical treatment and allowances.
