Does the right hon. Gentleman know whether the majority of the troops in Silesia have been drawn from the Rhine?

They are based on the Rhine and they cover Silesia from the Rhine.

In view of the fact that the cost of these troops is not being met, will the right hon. Gentleman take such steps as he can to expedite their further withdrawal?

There is nothing I should like better than that the troops should come from Silesia and the Rhine, and as soon as their duty is done in Silesia they will be withdrawn.
