"That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £35,900, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 3lst day of March, 1920, for the Salaries and Expenses of certain services transferred from the Mercantile Marine Fund and other services connected with the Mercantile Marine, including Merchant Seamen's Fund Pensions."
