The CHAIRMAN OF WAYS AND MEANS reported, That, after conferring with the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords, for the purpose of determining in which House of Parliament the respective Bills under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1809, should be first considered, they had determined that the following Bills should originate in the House of Lords, namely:—

Bank of Scotland Bill.

Edinburgh Boundaries Extension and Tramways Bill.

Report to lie upon the Table.
