asked what country or countries now have an official representative or representatives at Petrograd or Moscow?

It is understood that the Danish Government is represented by a Chargé ďAffaires at Petrograd and a Consul at Moscow. No other Government has any official representative in these cities, so far as His Majesty's Government are aware.
