To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if her Department will conduct an assessment of whether visas intended for sportspeople have been used to traffick children from non-EU countries into the UK.

The Home Office monitors all routes of immigration into the UK to ensure these routes are being used as intended and to identify signs of abuse. Where we have evidence that immigration routes are being used to facilitate trafficking we take a robust response.
