To ask the Secretary of State for Health how much of the Cancer Drugs Fund has been spent to date; and how much of the fund remains unspent.
Information on spend by strategic health authorities (SHAs) under the interim cancer drugs funding arrangements in 2010-11 (from October 2010 to the end of March 2011) and under the Cancer Drugs Fund (from April 2011 to the end of December 2012) is shown in the table.
The Radiotherapy Innovation Fund will utilise any underspend in the Cancer Drugs Fund in 2012-13.
