To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the impact of proposed changes to the benefits system on NHS dental patients.

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the impact on the exempt status of NHS dental patients of the removal of a number of means-tested benefits as part of the proposed changes to the benefits system.

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the impact on the exempt status of NHS dental patients of the introduction of the new universal benefit.

We are examining the implications of the introduction of universal credit in relation to those current benefits that entitle the recipient to free dental treatment. The Government intend that universal credit will entitle broadly the same number of people to free dental treatment as the current entitling benefits.
