To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what the average amount is by which the income of cancer patients in the (a) support group and (b) work-related activity group of employment and support allowance will be reduced as a result of the decision to uprate components of employment and support allowance by one per cent instead of CPI in (i) 2013-14, (ii) 2014-15 and (iii) 2015-16.
