To ask Her Majesty's Government what current proposals they have for further closures of magistrates' courts; and what responses have been received by the Ministry of Justice or HM Courts and Tribunals Service on any such proposals.

HM Courts and Tribunals Service continues to keep the use of its estate under review to ensure it meets operational requirements. Any new proposals to close courts or tribunals beyond those already announced will be subject to consultation.
