To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what his Department's average response time to parliamentary questions has been since May 2010.
The Government is committed to providing the Procedure Committee with information relating to written PQ performance on a sessional basis and will provide foil information relating to the 2012-13 Session to the Committee at the end of the current Session.
