To ask Her Majesty's Government who is responsible in each department for determining the training needs of civil servants pursuant to Section 3(6) of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010.

As part of the Civil Service Reform plan, the Government committed to addressing skill gaps across the Civil Service. A capabilities plan will be published in due course with further information, as well as how commercial, project management, management and leadership of change, and digital skills will be improved.
