To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many compensation claims were made against (a) the East of England Strategic Health Authority and (b) Suffolk Primary Care Trust in each of the last five years; and how much was paid out to compensation claimants by that (i) authority and (ii) trust in each of the last five years.
