To ask the Secretary of State for Education what information his Department has collected on increasing community access to sports facilities on school premises in the last three years.

The Department does not routinely collect data relating to community access to school sports facilities. However, Sport England has developed a template for a Community Use Agreement which provides a clear basis for drawing up agreements for individual schools, colleges and academies to regulate community access to school sports facilities.
