To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will meet with representatives of Cornwall council's Transport Department and members of the Dual the A30 action group to discuss the A30 road between Temple and Higher Carblake in North Cornwall.

The Department and the Highways Agency have worked closely with Cornwall county council on the case for improvements to the A30 in this location, and the Department is currently assessing the details of the business case submitted by Cornwall county council.
I would be happy to meet with the hon. Member for North Cornwall and his colleagues to discuss the proposals.
