To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what guidance his Department has issued to the Royal Mail on the processing of pre-addressed mail to (a) his Department and (b) Atos.

Post opening forms part of a DWP contract with Balfour Beatty Workplace for office services which is delivered by Royal Mail as sub contractor.
