To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will place in the Library of both Houses the results of their most recent research into the willingness to adopt RIIO-T1 (Revenue = Incentives + Innovation + Outputs) proposals for non-fast-track transmission companies alongside the proposals themselves.

The RIIO-T1 price control is a matter for Ofgem, as the independent regulator, and the network companies. We have not undertaken any research into the willingness to adopt RIIO-T1 proposals. Ofgem will publish its RIIO-T1 initial proposals for National Grid (the only non-fast-tracked transmission company) on 27 July. We will ensure copies are placed in the Library of both Houses when available.
