No UN or EU sanctions have been imposed on the Egyptian Government and so no Egyptian Government assets are frozen in the UK.

The sanctions in respect of Egypt impose an asset freeze against 19 individuals identified as responsible for the misappropriation of Egyptian state funds. For details I refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to Mr Slaughter on 26 January 2012, Hansard, column 329W.
